A week prior to purchasing your home, a member of our customer service staff and a staff person from My Home Solution will walk through your new home with you and identify any repairs or adjustments that need to be made. This is called a "closing list ".
The day you you buy your home, you will meet with our again for a final review of your home. At this point, My Home Solution will be your contact for any issues that may come up during your warranty period.
