Lock the Price: With this innovative option, you're able to buy your new home at today's prices--while not closing on it for up to one year. In addition to taking your home off the selling block and protecting it from price increases for the term of the layaway period, you also have the potential to earn equity in your new home before you even buy it. For example, if you lock into a purchase price of $150,000--and the value of the home by $10,000 during the layaway period, you have effectively earned those dollars as part of your investment in the home
Down Payment Match: As you may know, many home loans today require only a 3 percent or lower down payment. With this option, you can provide half that amount--or 1.5 percent of the purchase price of your home--and
FrontierLiving will provide the other half. So you keep more money in your pocket.
Rent Equity: Many new home buyers struggle to save money for a down payment while still coming up with their monthly rent. With this option, FrontierLiving lets you turn your rent payments into cold, hard cash for your down payment or closing costs. Simply bring in your receipt each month and FrontierLiving will deposit a $200 credit into a designated account with our preferred lender that you can use toward the purchase of your new home.
